This work is for women who are tired of holding it all together. Who can't switch off. Who are always "fine" but rarely rested. For many women, this includes navigating hormonal changes, peri-menopause, menopause and the emotional and the emotional and physical shifts that can come with that.
Trained in Reflexology over 22 years ago, my work is centred around helping women feel calmer, lighter and more at ease in themselves.
I work quietly, intuitively and with great care, creating spaces where women feel safe enough to soften.
Reflexology is the foundation of my work, and a gateway into nervous system support, deep rest and emotional restoration.

Working with me is simple and deeply supportive.
I offer 1:1 treatments for women who feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected or not quite themselves - and who want to soften, settle and feel more at ease in their bodies again.
I also work outside the treatment room, teaching women how to support their nervous systems in daily life through workshops, talks, collaborations and 1:1 guided sessions - both in person and online.
This is a space for women who are carrying more than they show. Capable, outwardly fine, and quietly tired - holding it all together while needing rest.
My 1:1 work is slow, attentive and led by what your body needs. There is no script. No rush. No expectation.
I work gently to ease tension, quiet the mind and allow the nervous system to settle. Often, that's when everything else starts to soften too.
This work is particularly supportive during times of hormonal change, including peri-menopause, menopause, when the body and nervous system often need more care.
My work draws on reflexology, facial reflexology, Zone Facelift, RLD (reflexology lymph drainage), ear seeding amd gentle energy work to support the nervous system and restore calm.
For women who prefer to work from home, I offer guided sessions where I talk you through simple, effective ways to support your body and nervous system.
I speak about reflexology, the nervous system and emotional wellbeing in a way that is grounded, accessible and human.
I deliver calm, educational talks that help women better understand their bodies and learn simple, gentle ways to support their wellbeing.
I run practical. nurturing workshops focused on reflexology for self-care, facial reflexology, facial cupping and simple ways women can support their own wellbeing in daily life.
These are often part of retreats, wellness days and women's events, and are always centred around softness, ease and nervous system support.
I love working alongside other practioners, wellbeing spaces and brands through pop-ups, ear seeding sessions and shared events.
